Wai Qi is a versatile musician and sound engineer, distinguished in classical piano performance with a flair for blending in electronic elements. Since 2019, she has left her mark on the Singaporean creative scene, serving as the sound designer for theatre shows and composing captivating soundtracks for short films featured in esteemed festivals. As she is currently undertaking an undergraduate course specializing in electronic music, she is interested in fusing electronic and classical music, blending the technical prowess of a sound engineer with the emotive touch of a composer, creating sonic tapestries that reflect a deep love for the art. Wai Qi envisions advancing her career in sound design, aspiring to take on managerial and directorial roles.
